What products do you use in your cleaning process?
We use products from the Mrs. Meyers Clean Day product line. These products are made with essential oils, and are biodegradable and phosphate-free. They are the very best products we have found after testing many different brands. Since they are made with essential oils they leave a nice, fresh scent. A scent-free option is also available. Bon Ami cleanser and white vinegar are also implemented in our cleaning routine. For wood floors we clean with vinegar and water or Murphy's Oil Soap.We do make an exception with eco-friendly products when it comes to stainless steel cleaner. We have not found an eco version that polishes the stainless nicely. For cleaning stainless steel we use Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish.
What equipment do you use for your cleaning process?
We use top of the line commercial canister vacuums from Europe. The model we use is considered eco-friendly because it uses much less energy to run than a regular vacuum without compromising suction power. The suction is very powerful and there are HEPA filters on the vacuum as well. We love our powerful vacuums!. We also utilize a variety of tools, such as, grout brushes, scrub brushes, pumice sticks, magic erasers, feather dusters, and micro fiber cloths.
Is your cleaning guaranteed?
If at any time there is a concern in regards to your cleaning, please give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning. Though we do not offer refunds, if we are contacted within 24 hours we will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern.
Is your company and workers insured?
Yes, we are bonded, insured and covered by Worker’s Comp. You can rest assured that you are under no liability in the event one of our workers gets hurt while cleaning your home. Your belongings are also covered in the event of breakage.
How is Crystal Clear Home's cleaning service different from others?
It might be easier to list the ways we are NOT different! Not only are we a company that cleans with green products but we pride ourselves in having the friendliest staff and excellent customer service. Our employees are carefully hand picked through our recruiting program. They must pass background checks and must complete a rigorous training program. Our training consists of at least 100 hours of training on our cleaning method, policies, customer service, and product/equipment knowledge. All employees must also pass both written tests and cleaning tests. We treat our employees very well. They get perks such as free massages and bonuses for high customer ratings and for length of service. We conduct performance reviews 2-4 times a year where each employee’s performance is assessed and they have the opportunity to earn raises and bonuses at this time. Our goal is to provide a great work environment so that our employees stay with us a long time. It is really a relationship that develops between the cleaners, your home, and you and we want the same people here to help develop a long lasting relationship with all of our clients. We also have several perks for our clients, including an e-newsletter and various discounts and incentives throughout the year. We have developed several systems to help facilitate very open communication between the client, the cleaners, and the office. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service that leaves our customers feeling that their needs for house cleaning are completely being met.
Who will be cleaning my home or office?
We assign a two or three person team to your home and every effort is made to send the same team every time. We pre-screen our people carefully and place one of the team members in the position of Team Leader, responsible for ensuring that every item on your personalized check list is cleaned to our standards every time. You will be able to rate your cleanings and provide feedback to us so that we can correct any problems and continue to improve our service.
What is the Crystal Clear Home cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service. Cancellation with one day notice is charged $50. Same day cancellation is $100. If the team shows up and their services are not required/no access granted, the charge will be the full price of the scheduled cleaning.
Should I tip the cleaners?
It is completely up to you. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. If you would like to thank your cleaners or feel that they have done an exceptionally good job, you can also give them good feedback, which allows them to earn bonuses and other prizes.
How do I get started with your cleaning service?

If you prefer to schedule a time for a representative to come to your home or office and give you a bid we can arrange that too. When we quote for your job we create a personalized work order based on your cleaning needs. Then we schedule a cleaning team to your home or office and it’s as easy as that.
